The Nelson’s Project

1. Initial Assessment & Free Estimate

 • What happens: A detailed inspection of the existing plumbing system is conducted to identify any leaks, deteriorated pipes, or underlying issues. During this assessment, the customer’s needs and preferences are discussed, including the choice between PEX and copper pipes. A comprehensive, no-obligation estimate is provided, outlining the scope of work, timeline, and cost.

 • Why it matters: This step ensures that all issues are identified up front and allows the customer to make an informed decision based on transparent pricing.

2. Repiping Installation

 • What happens: The team begins the repiping process, removing old, damaged pipes and replacing them with new, high-quality PEX or copper pipes, based on the customer’s preference. The process includes any necessary drywall work, carpentry, and adjustments to ensure the pipes are properly installed and meet safety codes. The area is kept tidy throughout the project to minimize disruption.

 • Why it matters: This phase is crucial because it directly addresses the plumbing issues, ensuring the new system is installed efficiently and securely.

3. Final Inspection & Clean-Up

 • What happens: Once installation is complete, a final inspection is conducted to ensure the work meets all quality standards, safety codes, and customer expectations. Any finishing touches, such as painting or woodworking, are completed, and the area is cleaned. The system is tested to verify proper functionality, ensuring there are no leaks or issues.

 • Why it matters: This final step ensures that the work is done to the highest standard and the customer is completely satisfied with the completed project.
